How much are the delivery charges?
We provide free shipping/delivery on all purchases.

Shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be charged if the checkout amount for the product you have purchased is <= 500.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is based on the products purchased. It usually takes 2-5 business days for the product to be delivered at your doorsteps.
 
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers (Blue Dart, Fedex etc).
 
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
 
Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?
Items which are labeled 'In Stock' on their respective product pages, are stocked in our various warehouses and usually takes 2-5 business days to reach our customers. Items which we will need to procure or import, are labeled 'Imported' on their respective product pages - the delivery of these items can vary between 2 and 4 weeks.

It is not necessary to have a Optical Palace account to purchase items it is definitely recommended to have one. You can purchase by just submitting your email ID.

You will receive an order number if your order is successfully placed. If you have any issues then you can contact the customer service team.
I had placed an order 2 days ago. Now, I have to leave on an urgent trip. Can you please hold the delivery until I get back?
Absolutely! Just get in touch with our customer care team that is open round the clock on all working days. If the consignment is already shipped then we would ask the courier company to hold it back for a maximum of 48 hours or 2 days.
Does the price on the frame include the lenses?
No the price of the frame does not include the lenses. You will be charged separately for the lenses.

How can I cancel my order at Optical Palace?

You can contact the customer care team who can help you by providing with various choices depending on your personal requirement.
Can I add items in the shopping cart and buy them at a later date?
We provide all our items at a very affordable price, and hence we highly suggest that the item that you like, you purchase it right away. Holding the product for a later purchase might not be possible.
